“Qi” is a certification issued to wireless charging products that undergo a specific set of testing and are in accordance with distinct design specifications. For example, a Qi product cannot contain magnets under any circumstance.

Thank you for recently purchasing the Verizon Magnetic Wireless Charging Pad (SKU# VZW22-0707).
This notice is to inform you of a labeling error on the back of the product box in relation to “Package contains.” It reads that the product includes a “Magnetic Qi Wireless Charger.” (See below for example). However, this labeling is inaccurate as the product is not Qi Certified.
Of course, the Verizon Magnetic Wireless Charging Pad does include magnets, therefore disqualifying it from being a Qi Certified or compliant wireless charging product.
However, this is no way means your Verizon Magnetic Wireless Charging Pad is deficient or at risk of issues. All products manufactured by Nimble are designed and tested to meet or exceed the highest global performance and safety standards.
This notice is simply meant to inform you of the mislabeling, and to offer an exchange for a different Nimble product, if you so choose.
