If your original order was under $50 or you paid for expedited shipping, original shipping fees will not be refunded.
2-Year Warranty for Replacement
All Nimble products are covered up to 2 years from date of purchase. If a product is defective (not damaged due to misuse, accidents, alternations, or normal wear and tear), simply return it and we’ll send you a new replacement within 5-7 business days. Return shipping is on us!
Authorized Retailer Purchases
If you purchased a Nimble product from one of our amazing retail partners, it’s still covered by our 2-Year Warranty. For refund requests, please contact the retailer directly.
